What a night!
On 6 February, Presence held our 2025 auction kick-off and community event at Fort Scratchley. With music by a local artist, tacos by a local chef and our local charities also in attendance, the biggest moment of the night was when eight properties went under the hammer in a unique Friendly Auction format. Our sincerest congratulations to our successful buyers and sellers! Spotlight on three of the event's most compelling auctions:
